On the new season of 90 Day FiancĂ©, we have seen Yvette Arellano and Mohamed Abdelhamed trying to make things work in their relationship. Last week we saw Yve ask Mohamed if he could help with her son and he made a comment that he feels like a babysitter and not a fiancĂ©. It looks like things are still looking bleak for these two and now Yve has a surprise for him, but he doesn’t take it that way.
90 Day Fiancé: The Bidet
As soon as Mohamed got to the states, he asked where the bidet was that he had asked her to install. He made a big deal about how important it is to have a bidet to keep himself clean in order to be clean for God. When Yve went to work, she asked Mohamed to try and install the one she bought for him, but he couldn’t do it. She decided to get a professional to do it instead, but this blows up in her face.
90 Day Fiancé: Yve Arellano Has A Big Surprise For Mohamed Abdelhamed Then He Scolds Her
When the plumber arrives, Mohamed goes into the bathroom and asks Yve why she didn’t tell him the man was there. She doesn’t understand why it is such a big deal and then he tells her that in Islam, a man and woman should not be in the same room together alone. This is not how she sees it since she is used to doing things by herself. She is the sole provider for the family, so this isn’t something new for her.
Yve asks, “Aren’t you happy? We’re getting a bidet installed.” He then tells her, “Yes, of course, but you know babe, you can’t be here alone.” She tells him that she isn’t alone because the plumber is in the house. He has a big issue with this because they are alone together in the bathroom. “In Islam, that’s not right. A man and a woman can not be alone. If I am home, you should call me. If I’m not home, and you need necessary something, call me. I will figure it out.” He then tells her that she is not allowed to be in the home with another man even if they are working in the home.
She tells the cameras, “I feel like I was being scolded and I was just trying to do something nice for the man I love. I’m getting concerned because I didn’t know that was a rule. Am I not going to be allowed to be near strangers anymore? I don’t want to live my life that way. So, I’m kind of nervous.”
We will have to see what happens next on 90 Day Fiancé on Sundays at 8 p.m. EST.
