We didn’t see Jibri and Miona Bell last week on 90 Day FiancĂ©, but it doesn’t mean that we didn’t see them all over social media. That’s right, the couple is now being blasted for selling Jibri’s ripped pants for over $20,000. It is clear that he has started to post more on social media and perhaps it is for clout. That is yet to be determined.
90 Day Fiancé: Fans React To Pants Sale
Jibri recently revealed that he sold those ripped pants for $28,000 and he told the buyer that he would fly to them and deliver them himself. The selling of the pants has caused quite a ruckus in the world of 90 Day Fiancé and now his followers have a lot to say about this.
90 Day Fiancé: Jibri Bell Blasted For Selling Ripped Pants For Thousands of Dollars
When the pants sold, Jibri and Miona basically set up a stage that looked like a game show. (It actually looks like they’re at the Bellagio in Las Vegas.) The man who purchased the pants apparently paid with cash and Miona flashes the cash to the camera. As soon as the couple posted this video on Instagram, the comments began very quickly. Even one former 90 Day FiancĂ© cast member, Jon Walters wrote, “I mean with a needle and thread they’d be good as new.” Of course, Jibri just had to chime in with, “the rip represents my life, bro!” In that case, we should all sell our pants.
Another fan wrote, “Why is she flashing a stack of cash around?” Another fan wrote that they didn’t believe this and Jibri wrote, “Right as long as the bank and the IRS don’t take everything!” One more added, “I love how she holds the money up to the camera. It’s painfully obvious where her motivations are.” More fans added that “these two will do anything to not do actual work.” Of course, many other followers feel that flaunting money around like this is pretty dangerous and they need to be careful that they are not targeted like many other celebrities have been.
One more follower added, “That dude is in marketing and this is probably a publicity stunt for both. No regular Joe would pay $10 for used ripped pants.” There were also followers that praised these two for cashing in on this, but for the most part, followers think that this is fake and just for publicity. If it is, they sure are doing a good job with it.
If you want to see more of them on 90 Day Fiancé, tune in on Sundays at 8 p.m. EST on TLC.
