The news did take fans and Hilaria by surprise, given that she hinted another baby was not on the cards. While that may have been the case, it has not stopped her from enjoying the moment. So much so that she shared a picture showing just how happy her children were at the prospect of having another sibling.
In the picture here, we can see that Hilaria is sitting on the sofa with her children. Her son gently touches her belly, as the bump becomes more pronounced. The post was captioned by the following comments: “They are so excited.”
Although the news is bound to make the couple happy, they have often been criticised for the manner in which they showcase their private life on social media. This has particularly been true ever since Alec was involved in the prop gun incident on the set of ‘Rust’ which killed cinematographer Halyna Hutchins.
As such, a certain subset of people have felt that this approach was distasteful, especially since Alec has found himself in the middle of it all, as a result of having lawsuits against him. And this was reflected in the social media comments that followed.
Some were of the view that Hilaria was posting too many pictures on social media. Meanwhile, others felt that she should not be having more children. One fan wrote: “This woman needs a psych evaluation,” while another person stated: “That’s too many kids.”
There is still a long way to go before the baby is due. Hopefully, for Hilaria and Alec, the pregnancy goes ahead without any complications. And as for having more children after this, it is fair to say that this is probably going to be their last one.
