From 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days Ben Rathbun was arrested a few weeks ago for a probation violation. He has been sharing his love story with fans on the show and has been in Peru to try and win the love of Mahogany Roca. Things have been bumpy between these two and it seems as if she doesn’t want a relationship with him. Ben found her in many lies and called her out on them, but she just ended up trying to turn it all around on him.
This has pretty much backfired for him and now they are in a strange place in their relationship. He feels that it is God’s plan that they are together, but given his history, it looks as if she may not be the right one for him. No matter what is going on with them, Ben was arrested and fans were shocked to hear why.

On March 15, Ben was arrested for driving while under the influence. He was also driving on a suspended license. He was on probation for another charge from back in January of 2021 and apparently never showed up to a hearing in February and that is why there was a warrant out for his arrest.

When he was arrested, he was sentenced to 15 days of community service and 24 months of probation. He had to spend a few days in jail as well. It looks like the court system was easy on him, but his job wasn’t so nice about it.
From the looks of things, Ben was fired from his job because of his arrest. He works with the Michigan Lupus Foundation, which is a non-profit and they have allegedly fired him because of his behavior. He worked as the executive director of the foundation.
One big fan of the show took to the Internet to see what they could dig up and by visiting the foundation’s website, they saw this statement, “Ben Rathbun is no longer with the Michigan Lupus Foundation, effective immediately. The Foundation continues to put our lupus warriors first, and we will continue with our mission without interruption.” No one was expecting his place of work to post such a statement, but it looks as if they got a lot of backlash when he was discovered that was his place of employment. He doesn’t set the best example for them by any means.
