It’s been a month, and Tana Mongeau has not uploaded anything to the podcast space during that time, although she did launch an entire wine and promised some youtube vlogs but it looks like that has been stalled as well and her fans are simply not here for it.

She’s getting even more flack for this than the time she excluded Brooke from the podcast when she had Jeff Wittek on. (And there was some major backlash back then, wowzah.) Backlash or not, a lot of people think that Tana really found her niche with her podcast and don’t ever want her to stop – especially when she hasn’t given a reason why.

Did Tana Mongeau abandon her podcast?

Her co-host, Brooke Schofield, has been inundated with comments lately on her personal tiktok asking when the next episode of the podcast is going to drop, unfortunately, it looks like that’s not information that Brooke is privvy to. She said that if it were up to her she would film 13 podcast episodes a week and just talk her head off, but she says that she honestly doesn’t know what’s going on.

She did say, “I’m sure it’s not just Tana being lazy.” she says that she is just the co-host and she just shows up and talks when she’s supposed to talk, that’s the end of it. She doesn’t do anything more than what is required of her for the job. She says that he has nothing to do with production or behind the scenes at all. Honestly, can we blame her? Other podcast co-hosts don’t have this problem.

Of course, that particular tiktok really rubbed some people the wrong way. Brooke claimed people were harrassing her, but the comments were not so much harassment as they were just overeager fans asking for when the next episode was going to drop.

Although one fan did ask, “why does she always half-ass everything she does?” to which Brooke replied, “We have to give her a little more credit this time.” Finally, Brooke tweeted out that they had set their podcasting schedule days for next week, and Tana quote-tweeted her by saying, “and guys please stop coming for us for being gone like we just chose to do that or are lazy.

The things that happened were out of our control nor did we ever establish how frequently we’d be uploading!!! if we could’ve been podcasting we would’ve but we’re excited to come back” even though Tana has said repeatedly that it would indeed be a weekly podcast.

Which she got reminded of on Twitter, over, and over, and over again. She finally said “Oops, I did say we were going in weekly. I should’ve reworded it.” the thing is, if Tana had given some sort of explanation as to what was going on this past month or so, and why she couldn’t podcast, her fans would’ve probably been understanding… but until we know different, this is Tana Mongeau, she was probably out partying until God knows when and decided she’d take a month off to see where that went.

That’s just speculation, if there truly was something going on in Tana’s life, maybe we’ll find it out on the podcast next week. Here’s hoping. Stay tuned!!!
