Julia Fox has opened up on her love life prior to her and Kanye West with a particular focus on Drake.
Julia Fox Claims That She And Drake Were Close But ‘Wouldn’t Say That We Were Dating’
According to reports, it is claimed that Julia had been ‘involved’ with Drake in around 2020. Although Julia did not deny the fact that she was aware of the rapper, she stopped short of saying that anything had actually happened.
In fact, her comments suggested that they merely had a connection with no romance actually occurring. During an interview on the ‘Forbidden Fruits podcast,’ Julia said: “He’s a great guy and a gentleman… and that was it.
“Nothing really happened, we were just, like, friends hanging out. I wouldn’t say that we were dating.” Although that may have been the case, the very fact of the matter is that Drake was still at the centre of attention, especially in light of the fact that he and Kanye had not been on the best of terms.
They had apparently fallen out after speculation started emerging that Drake may have gotten a little too close with Kanye’s ex Kim Kardashian.
Drake and Kim denied doing anything of the sort, which was all put behind them when Kanye and Drake recently held a “Free Larry Hoover” joint concert in December.
Julia added: “I feel like they’ve squashed their issues. Obviously, when I first started speaking to Ye, I told him immediately — I think on the first day, before it went any further — because I’m just an honest person.”
Kanye and Drake may have resolved things, but the same cannot be said of Kanye and Kim. They were recently involved in a huge bust-up on social media after Kanye became outraged over Kim’s decision to allow their daughter North to be on TikTok, without the rapper having personally consented to it.
If Kanye can manage to put his troubles with Drake behind him, then it is not out of the realm of possibility that he cannot do the same when it comes to the mother of his children.
