Former ‘Real Housewives of Orange County‘ star Meghan King has thanked her fans that stood by her in the aftermath of her shock split from Cuffe Owens.

The star broke up with the United States President Joe Biden’s nephew after a period of being married for just two months. And to top it all off, they had decided to tie the knot after dating for only one month.
Clearly, things were moving at such a fast pace. It was not a surprise then that they decided to split up. But rather than feeling down about it all, Meghan was thankful to all those that had her in their thoughts during this difficult period.
In a post to her fans on Instagram, she said: “Thank you all for your messages. Thank you for holding space for me. Thank you for lifting me up. You all are good people and I appreciate you.”
It is still not clear why the duo decided to split. And this is something that we are not going to know about anytime soon, as Meghan stressed that she wanted her fans to respect her privacy.
With that in mind, the only thing that could be possible is that it was something so serious that any conversations could not patch it up. And this was the feeling that was coming out from those very close to her.
Her fellow housewife and friend Tamra Judge has been there for Meghan in order to make sure that she was ok. Despite her best efforts, it was clear that Meghan was not in a good place.
In an interview, Tamra remarked: “She’s devastated. They met on an app. Dated a few weeks, had the whirlwind romance and then, decided to get married.
“From what I understand, he’s in LA and she’s in St. Louis. So that’s going to be challenging in itself.” Hopefully, with time, Meghan will be able to overcome this.
And by having a strong support network around her, she will be in the best possible position to move on with her life if she decides that she does not want to rekindle things with Cuffe.
