On 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days, we have been introduced to Ella Johnson and her boyfriend, Johnny. Johnny is from China and is getting ready to fly out to Idaho to see Ella. They have said that they have a strong connection and they are constantly video chatting.
Johnny is going to stay in Idaho for three months and his family is a little upset that he is leaving his son for so long because he is the breadwinner. There are also issues with Ella’s weight that have been bothering him because his friends make fun of her.

Johnny’s friends and family feel like Ella’s weight is a problem because he does eat so healthy. Ella is worried that Johnny isn’t going to love her when he sees her because she is much heavier than he thinks. Many of the pictures that he has shared with him only show her neck up and it is hard to see someone on a video chat from their head to toes. She is very nervous about this.

On the latest episode of the show, Johnny went to his doctor to buy some herbs to help Ella to lose weight. The doctor did mention that Americans do eat very large portions of food and by Johnny cooking smaller portions, she will be able to lose weight.
Johnny told cameras, “In general, I think Chinese girls are much more smaller than American. But I am always attracted by American women because I think they are very independent and they are very sexy. So I’m very excited to visit Ella in Idaho but I think it’s gonna be totally different from my current life. I’m most nervous about ranch work and her family but I hope I become a redneck cowboy. Like, ‘yee-haw.'”
There has been a lot of talk from Johnny with his friends about how there is a “sparkle” between him and Ella. His friends started to ask questions about her weight. One friend basically told him that when they have sex she would suffocate him! He did defend her, which has made many viewers very happy.
