‘Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ star Dorit Kemsley has defended her husband PK Kemsley following his recent arrest for driving under the influence of alcohol.

According to reports at the time, PK had been told to stop by the police in Los Angeles so that they could conduct a breathalyser test.
Subsequently, they concluded that he was in breach of the legal limit, which meant that he was taken to the police station before being driven home by the California Highway Patrol.
Although representatives for PK did acknowledge that he did make a mistake, Dorit felt that her husband was a little hard done by. After having a nice night out, Dorit was approached by a paparazzi who wanted to get her views on what happened to PK.
At the time, this may have been the last thing on Dorit’s mind as she was enjoying a night out with none other than her fellow housewife Kyle Richards. But rather than feeling frustrated or fuming by the cameras, she decided to give her end of the story.
During an interview, she said: “He was barely over the limit, and he fully understands and reassures me that it will never happen again.”
Luckily for everyone involved, nobody was injured by the fact that PK was over the limit. And Dorit hinted that PK will take steps to ensure that nothing like this ever happens again, especially given everything that they have been through.
Dorit expanded on how she is still suffering trauma, as a result of a burglary that had gone down in the presence of her children.
And as PK was absent at the time, there is a feeling that he needs to do everything in his power to make sure that he is there for Dorit and the children.
She added: “He’s very regretful. He fully understands the nature and the danger of drinking and driving.” Dorit and PK should put 2021 behind them.
