Actor Jeff Garlin has denied accusations that he has behaved inappropriately on the show ‘The Goldbergs.’

Actor Jeff Garlin Denies Being Fired From ‘The Goldbergs’ Following Claims Of Inappropriate Behaviour

According to reports, Jeff had allegedly used unsuitable language towards people on the set. In addition, someone had complained about Jeff touching them.

Things escalated so much that speculation was emerging that the star had been fired from the show as a result. However, Jeff denied that this was the case.

During an interview with Vanity Fair, Jeff said: “No, I was not fired from The Goldbergs. I have not been fired from The Goldbergs.”

Although Jeff is still on the show, that does not mean that this scandal has gone away. One source came out to suggest that Jeff had a predatory nature and would often downplay his behaviour by suggesting that it was nothing serious.

But given that consensual conduct is something of paramount importance, it is implied that Jeff’s conduct crossed those boundaries.

One source remarked: “He got away with it because he would call himself out for it — saying he was a big teddy bear, saying things like, “Oh you know me, just a big bowl of mush, I’m a hugger. I just love you.”

As of now, an investigation is being carried out in order to determine whether or not Jeff is going to be held liable. If it does turn out that he had behaved unsuitably, then the current cancel culture suggests that his career will most likely take a significant hit.

In addition, depending on the severity of the claims, there is also a suggestion that if he is found liable, then the authorities could get involved with some serious consequences.

A spokesperson on behalf Sony Pictures Television had this to say: “The well-being of our cast and crew is of utmost importance to us. This is an employment matter and it is being addressed by HR and production.”

The only thing that is left to do is let the authorities carry out their investigation and come to a reasonable conclusion based on all the evidence involved. In the meantime, it is too early to say conclusively what had happened.
