Just as she has flown from the nest, Sister Wives cast member, Ysabel Brown has started to show off more than we ever expected. The 18-year old just recently moved out of the Brown house and moved to North Carolina for college. She didn’t go far from her family though. She moved in with her sister, Maddie Brown Brush in her new home.
This is helping them both out. Maddie has two young children that Ysabel loves spending time with and this helps Ysabel from living in the dorms at her college. It seems that everyone wins. Ysabel has started to open up more about the back surgery that she had in the middle of the pandemic and she showed off her scars this week on Instagram.
Sister Wives: Ysabel Brown Shows Off Her Body
Ysabel has always preached about body positivity and the beauty is ready to show her scars from her surgery. She posts frequently on Instagram and shares a lot of selfies. She recently shared a topless picture that gave her fans a much better idea of what the surgery scars look like.
She captioned the post, “A year ago, I had scoliosis surgery, a life-changing experience but totally worth it. I’ve never felt so pain-free and in control of my own body (a year later), the journey was definitely hard, but I wouldn’t go back and change a single decision made.”
She continued, “The recovery was the most painful and challenging thing I’ve ever had to overcome but I believe it made me strong, and also the scar is killer, for anyone that has questions about the surgery or my scoliosis journey-please ask away! If you’re contemplating the surgery, my advice would be (after a lot of contemplation and asking family members) to get it. This is how my scar has healed for over a year. Still, it sometimes is a little sensitive, but I put CBD cream on it every night and that usually helps with breaking up the scar tissue as well as the pain.”
Ysabel was wearing a back brace, but after this surgery, she is no longer wearing it and clearly, she has very little pain these days. We are so happy that her healing is going well and it is crazy how time has flown since we first reported her surgery!
