Christmas miracles do happen, you know. There’s a new report that suggests Prince Harry and Prince William might still reunite this year, and just in time for the holidays. There’s a new report that suggests the Duke of Sussex might make it home for Christmas this year, but whether or not that will happen with or without his wife Meghan Markle remains to be seen. Royal expert Russell Myer opened up about the possibility of having Harry and William in the same room again at the same time. While on the Lorraine show, he believes that a reunion might happen sooner than later, now that it seems like Queen Elizabeth’s mobility might be on the decline.
Are Prince Harry And Prince William Reuniting For Christmas?
Speaking about Queen Elizabeth’s recent hospital stint, Myer said, “This does slightly change things. If the Queen hadn’t have been unwell I don’t think we’d have seen them. Will Harry get on a plane?
Obviously there was no Sandringham Christmas last year. The Queen was alone at Windsor Castle with Philip. Anything could happen and they might just change their minds on this occasion.”
Just last week, the Queen spent a night in the hospital this week for “preliminary investigations,” a Buckingham Palace spokesman confirmed.
“Following medical advice to rest for a few days, The Queen attended hospital on Wednesday afternoon for some preliminary investigations,” the palace said in a statement. “[She] remains in good spirits.”
With that said, the queen was back at her desk at Windsor Castle by Thursday afternoon and undertaking light duties.
She had been due to attend a church service in the city of Armagh on Thursday marking the centenary of partition and Northern Ireland’s foundation but “reluctantly” accepted medical guidance to cancel the trip, the palace previously said.
Despite the recent turn of events, Her Majesty is still expected to attend the COP26 climate conference in Glasgow, Scotland, later this month.
