’90 Day Fiancé’ Spoilers have revealed that Ariela has had about Biniyam’s religious background, it would seem that she wouldn’t be down for taking a bath in some random spring of holy water that had been blessed by priests and the holy spirit, but since they’d already spent a tumultuous week together with Leandro, I’m guessing that Ariela felt that this time she just needed to take one for the team, and what could bathing in a little holy water hurt?

She didn’t realize that she would be in her skivvies when she did it, maybe she thought it was going to be a sprinkling type situation done by a priest (after all,  that happens in certain sects) she said that Biniyam didn’t actually explain the entire thing to her.

Perhaps if she actually knew about it, she wouldn’t have gone along with it, but the longer Ariela stays in Ethiopia the less opposed she seems to Biniyam’s religious views which is a good thing considering how much it seems to matter to his family.

There was serious contention over it last season when Biniyam’s family wanted little Avi to be baptised and said without it he would go to hell – something that raised the ire in Ariela because, being Jewish, Ariela does not believe in the concept of hell.

However this season she seems to have stayed pretty quiet about it, although last season she said that she was up for letting Avi choose his religion when he got older.

Since nothing bad happened at Avi’s baptism last season, she seems to have mellowed out a little bit. Maybe she just didn’t know how a baptism worked or perhaps thought it would be a procedure that would scare Avi, sort of like the first circumcision attempt that she halted and practically ran with Avi out of the hospital.

Thankfully this time seemed to be a positive experience, although, little Avi did not go in the water that I could see, so it being an event for just the adults probably helped Ari’s feelings about it a lot. She even thanked Bini for praying for her, and Bini assured her that he would always pray for his family – awww!

The whole thing was actually a really touching moment between the two – good, they need them. Stay tuned!!!
