‘The Young And The Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers show that Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) is losing his mind being alone at this time. With his son, Kyle Abbott’s (Michael Mealor) wedding coming up and not having anyone to go with, it seems to have been the last grain of salt to tip the scale into depression.
We saw Jack have visions, hear his dead mother’s voice and attempt to work through his problems as he sat alone in his home. Everyone from Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) and Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) to Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) and Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) showed up in his vision. However, none of them really had any answers.

While Jack seems to have come out the other side after a bit of an enlightenment, is this just the beginning or is it going to get worse? We hear his sister say he’s at the lowest part of this now, but from where I’m sitting, it looks like it’s going to get a lot worse unless he can manage to win over Phyllis which he has said numerous times he’s not trying to.
Now, he even confronted Nick about what he said to Phyllis, and what we saw in the previews was just a part of his mind running wild. What actually happened was Nick played it cool, went back to Phyllis and asked why she didn’t tell him about it. Now, Nick is questioning his relationship with her, and at the end of it all, she may end up with Jack after all!
