If you have followed the Duggars on TLC’s Counting On, you know that they have been canceled by the network and one of the sons, Josh Duggar, is facing some serious charges with possession of child pornography.

One of the Duggar family members, Amy Duggar King has been pretty open about how they have always treated her like the black sheep of the family. She has been very vocal when it comes to her family and she always stands up for herself when it comes to her famous family.

    ‘The Duggars’: Instagram Posts

Amy likes to share on social media and she still has a lot of die hard fans. She is the niece of Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar and things haven’t always been easy for her to be in this family. She took to Instagram to post on her story about her family, or at least fans think it’s about them. She posted on her Instagram, “It’s okay to cut off toxic family for your own well being. Amen and Amen. It’s not easy, but necessary.”

Of course, Amy’s fans really wanted to make her feel like they agreed with her on her post. Many of them told her that they were on her side and they had to do the same thing with their family. One of her fans wrote to her, “family over everything doesn’t apply to every family. Some of us are here to break generational curses, set boundaries, and stand up and do what’s right for our own sanity, our children, and future generations.”

This wasn’t the only praise that Amy received. Another fan wrote to her, “Yes! Just because you share blood does not mean you owe them anything. Let alone your time and energy.” Another added in, “Cutting the toxic ties are necessary at times. It doesn’t mean that you don’t love them, but if they are toxic for you, they need to go.” A few fans mentioned her uncle Jim and how they would run from that side of the family too. There were a few of her followers that mentioned that if she wants to get rid of this toxic family, she should just stop talking about Jim Bob and Michelle.

If you want to keep up more with Amy and how she is avoiding her toxic family, you can follow her on Instagram. Her profile is public for all of her fans to see.
