CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers are set to rock as it looks like we’re closing the week out with some interesting twists as the pieces are lining up on the board for a climactic finish.
Of course, a lot could change over the next week or so, but we’re looking forward to seeing what finally shakes out and it better be earth shattering.

To hurry things along, Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will take control of things to help them run smoother and expedite things.
The easy choice here would be he’s taking over the wedding, but we think it’ll be more along the lines of making sure things leading up to the wedding go smoothly.
He may not trust Ashland Locke (Richard Burghi), but he wants Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) to be happy.
It should be interesting to see what he takes control of this time.

Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow)’s request to have Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) dig into Ashland’s past is going to have some consequences, and it won’t all be on him.
Phyllis has a pretty straightforward approach even when she’s being subtle, so it won’t take much for Victoria to become jealous.
And ‘Young and the Restless’ expect Phyllis being overly chatty with her will be the tip off, and Victoria will know something’s up.
Depending how things go, this will put Phyllis directly in Victoria’s crosshairs once again.
Even better, Victoria may not wait until after the wedding or even to leave the room before she starts her own counter action.
Nick could regret this on Phyllis’ behalf.
CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers: Billy makes an offer
Things are lining up for Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) to get another big story, and we think he’s going to offer his latest source a hefty sum to spill the beans on Ashland.
This has plenty of room to go sideways, and we suspect that’ll happen when Ashland’s secret isn’t anything major, just like the story he told the Newmans.
But there’s a chance for something big and we can’t blame Billy with the way Ashland’s acting and we’d like to think $3 million isn’t to keep something minor secret.
