90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way cast members, Jenny Slatten and Sumit Singh have quite the love story. There are many fans that are concerned that she is holding onto a relationship that will never end in marriage because Sumit’s parents will never give them their blessing.
She moved her entire life to India to be with him and every episode of the show, it just looks as if they will never marry. She has started to open up to fans about her feelings about Sumit and why the couple decided to do the show.

Jenny has done everything that she can for Sumit, but he fails to marry her. There are plenty of reasons, but it just seems as if she can’t see all of the red flags. She threw away her entire life in the states for him, only to be met with his controlling parents that think she is too old for him.

When she was asked about why they decided to do the show, she told fans, “I actually contacted the show because, you know, for financial reasons. Neither one of us could really get back to each other financially, so that’s what kept us apart and in a long-distance relationship.”
She went on to say, “It took me that long to contact the show because I wasn’t comfortable telling the world about our love story, our romance. But finally, I felt like this was my last chance to be with Sumit.”
In 2012, Jenny posted a picture on Facebook for a trailer for the MTV show, Catfish. She captioned it, “A show for Sumit and me to be on.” At first, things seemed weird with them because of this and many fans thought that they were just trying to get on TV in order to make money on any show that they could. Then we learned that he had catfished her and told her quite a few lies. No matter what Sumit does though, Jenny sticks by him patiently waiting to be his bride.
Now that they are together, again, in India, Jenny continues to stay by his side no matter what. If this is true love, she’s got it bad.
