‘Welcome to Plathville’ Spoilers tells that according to Moriah Plath’s instagram, she just had a birthday. It seems that she also celebrated with her sister-in-law, Olivia Plath, Ethan’s wife, as was evident by Olivia’s post wishing Moriah a happy birthday.
The two looked ecstatic to be hanging out together which is good because after last week’s episode we kind of wondered if perhaps she and Moriah had grown apart now that Moriah was with Max. After all, Olivia did say that it was weird for her and Ethan watching Moriah and Max together now that their own relationship was on rocky ground.

We also saw her taking more of an interest in Micah’s friend, Helena, than she has with hanging out with Moriah in the past few months. Olivia gave an explanation for that saying that honestly it was the fact that Max and Moriah chose to have a relationship with Kim and Barry that was holding her back from hanging out with them, and that also prevented Ethan from hanging out with them as well because it honestly looks like Ethan is going through a lot more than he’s letting on at the moment.
Also, he’s Moriah’s brother, not her sister so of course he’s not going to want to hang out with her as much as he would say, Micah, and yeah it would be a little awkward to hang around Moriah and Max considering how lovey dovey they are. Ethan and Olivia are not like that, even when they were newlyweds.
Moriah didn’t have that many pictures up on her instagram, just the one, of her holding ballons in the shape of the number 19. She said they kept getting mixed up and telling her she was 91 – ha! We should all hope to be around that long!
Olivia had an entire retrospective of pics on her IG for Moriah’s birthday however, some we have seen before, like pictures of her and Moriah in San Francisco in front of the Golden Gate Bridge, but some of the more recent ones we haven’t and we wonder if they’re coming up on any of the new episodes of Welcome to Plathville, because that would make sense. Guess we’ll have to see, until then, from us at DSD, happy 19th birthday to Moriah Plath. Stay tuned!!!
