‘The Young And The Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers show that today Ashland Locke (Richard Burgi) proposed to Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) and she was a bit taken back by it. While some think it’s too soon, there are plenty of people who have been waiting for this to happen, saying that Ashland and Victoria are the next big power couple of Genoa City.
