Ali Fedotowsky has opened up on the regrets that she had during her time on The Bachelorette.

‘The Bachelorette’: Ali Fedotowsky’s Biggest Regret On The Show Was Her Hairstyle

The star has been open about the struggles that she went through during her time on the 14th season of the show in 2010. While she would go on to hook up with Roberto Martinez, the duo called things off after only being together for a year. And yet, that was not the biggest regret that she had on her mind.

It was something much simpler. During a post to her fans on Instagram, she shared a picture of her hairstyle that she had during the show. The post was captioned by the following comments: “Only thing I regret is this hairdo…My style was horrible when I was on the show. I do wish I enjoyed it more in the moment, but I would never regret it! It’s the reason my life turned out the way it has today!”

Despite the hairstyle going wrong, she also had to face other problems. Ali could not reconcile the fact that she had to show interest in other guys, and date them, even though she had no attraction to them.

Given that this was a major part of the show, before such contestants would get sent home, Ali struggled to contain her real feelings. In a prior interview with Us Weekly, she remarked: “I found it very hard to date people that I knew I wasn’t going to end up with. Like, I walked into night one of The Bachelorette, knowing my top two guys. A lot of people are that way.”

Regardless of those experiences, Ali has managed to forge a successful career as a result of the show. She has a huge brand on Instagram with one million followers and counting. That is why she has continued to pay homage to the show, despite her clear grievances.

She added: “It is so difficult. I hated being the Bachelorette. And that’s the truth. I am beyond grateful. Like, my life would not be what it is today. If I wasn’t on that show, I wouldn’t have the platform I have.”
