Jason Sudeikis and Olivia Wilde continue to co-parent for the sake of their kids after having split up in an acrimonious manner approximately a year ago.
Jason Sudeikis And Olivia Wilde Continue To Co-Parent Amicably After Their Split
The pair had gotten engaged in 2013 and raised two children together during this time: Otis and Daisy. While they stayed together for seven years until they split in 2020, they never did tie the knot, which in hindsight was understandable given how it all ended.
Nevertheless, they have decided to put their own differences aside to make sure their kids continue to have a semblance of normality during the pandemic. A source said: “She’s co-parenting well with Jason…They’re doing their best at giving their kids a normal life. The kids bring them back together since they are and always will be their number one priority.”
Despite having a deep connection together, they decided to walk away as they both wanted different things from their respective futures.
Olivia, for her part, wanted to expand on her career by moving to Los Angeles full-time. However, Jason had other ideas. He was hell-bent on staying in New York. As this major stumbling block could not be put aside, they decided to go their own way.
An insider remarked: “Like most couples, they had disagreements. They were bicoastal… They butted heads on many occasions and decided it was best to go their separate ways.” Nevertheless, the pair have moved on to better things.
Olivia is currently dating One Direction’s Harry Styles, and by the looks of it, their relationship could not be going any better. Similarly, Jason is dating Keeley Hazell as the pair continue to display their relationship without a care to the whole world.
Sources confirmed as much: “Their chemistry is off the charts, and the thing that works for them is that they don’t hide their relationship from the public. They don’t care who’s around watching them pack on the PDA.”
It is great to see Olivia and Jason in a much better place within their lives. It has only gone on to benefit their kids, which can only be a good thing. And long may that continue.
