While there’s a new report suggests Kate Middleton might have reached out to her sister-in-law Meghan Markle to call a “truce” as tensions have eased between them, Prince William is not ready to make such a big step in his reconciliations with the Sussexes.

Things haven’t been the same between the Cambridges and the Sussexes ever since Harry and Meghan cut the cord on their working relationship with the British Royal Family in a move that has now been dubbed as ‘Megxit.’

Things got even worse when Meghan attempted to correct a tabloid story that suggested she had made Kate cry before her royal wedding in 2018. Meghan clarified that the exact opposite had happened.
Well, it seems like Kate and Meghan are willing to put the past in the past and move forward for the sake of their family and their children. Apparently, the Duchess of Cambridge had sent over presents for Harry and Meghan’s newborn daughter Lilibet and a personal note for the parents, which is a gesture that Meghan reportedly appreciated.
“The birth of Lili has brought Kate and Meghan closer together,” a tipster told Us Weekly. “They’ve bonded over both having daughters and can’t wait for all the cousins to meet.”
One source close to the situation added, “Kate has been reaching out to Meghan a lot more since [Lilibet] was born, she’s sending [notes and] gifts and trying to build up a relationship. The firm has been instructing staffers to reach out more to Harry and Meghan to get them to soften a bit.”
