NBC ‘Days of Our Lives’ (DOOL) spoilers reveal Paulina Price (Jackée Harry) is being less than honest with Abe Carver (James Reynolds). Of course, her actions aren’t without their consequences.
A bit of karma came around to bite her over this new project. However, it looks like much worse is ahead. Is there any way she can keep herself from getting chased out of Salem with pitch forks? Let’s see.
NBC ‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers: Instant karma
First, ‘Days of Our Lives’ spoilers reveal we had a bit of an amusing/annoying moment. As DOOL does sometimes, they put a little bit of politics into the project. It seems Abe wants to give people renting space in the square a free year. He believes it will attract a lot of people.
Of course, this led to a a bit of an amusing exchange on Capitalism and free enterprise. And by amusing, we mean Harry’s expressions and a couple of lines. Most of the scene felt kind of lecture-y and par for the course where Abe is involved anymore.
While Paulina was ultimately happy to know she’ll get some money, she also pointed out what she gets from the city for these spots won’t be as much as she could get without the city being involved. So, we guess she’s getting some payback for her lie. Of course, it got better.
NBC ‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers: Reunion
One thing we’re really curious about is Chanel DuPree (Precious Way) and her attempt to open a business. We think Paulina might end up torn over this.
She’ll be impressed that her daughter actually has some business sense and produced so much information so quickly with her application. However, we also wonder if she’ll object to Chanel basically getting a free ride through the city for a year.
For one, she’s been determined to teach Chanel to fend for herself and we don’t think this is what Paulina had in mind. Secondly, given she’s not being upfront, she might not want her daughter connected to this at all. And she’d be wise to think that way.

We don’t know what her real plans for the square are. But ‘Days of Our Lives’ spoilers reveal it’s not what she sold Abe on.
So, we have a feeling she’s planning to tear up everything and make the beloved square totally unrecognizable in what we believe is her quest to turn quaint Salem into a bustling Miami-like city. Something we’re pretty sure everyone in Salem will disapprove of.
Given she didn’t even know who Tom and Allie Horton (Macdonald Carey/ Frances Reid) were, we doubt there’s a space for a memorial there. So, if she continues ahead, we believe Salem will react horribly to it. Of course, there’s still hope for her.
In the most recent episodes, she did seem to have some second thoughts when she found out she’s now related to the couple the Square is named after. And her conversation with Abe about the Hortons definitely seemed to get to her.
We’ll see if that will be enough for her to force a new change before it’s too late. Either way, we’re expecting lots of internal conflict and great performances.
