And that, my friends, is how you just end your own career. Chrissy Teigen decided to take to her Twitter account to slam Michael Costello and suggest that faked the DMs in which she supposedly bullied him so bad that the fashion designer experienced suicidal thoughts. Here’s what you need to know.
Earlier this week Michael Costello said that the former model’s alleged bullying was so bad that it made him want to kill himself. The fashion designer opened up about his experience with Chrissy and says that he is still “traumatized, depressed and has thoughts of suicide” after Chrissy and her stylist Monica Rose tried to ruin his career.

“For the past 7 years, I’ve lived with a deep, unhealed trauma,” Michael started his post, explaining that he was hesitant to come forward because of “some of my most profitable brand relationships; in fear of losing friends and allies; and in fear of being blocklisted [sic] even more by the power elites who run the industry.”
And now Chrissy has hit back on Twitter, suggesting the DM’s that Michael shared from her are supposedly fake. On Friday night, Chrissy wrote on Twitter, “No idea what the fuck michael costello is doing. He just released a statement where he didn’t at ALL acknowledge how fake the dm’s were, & now claims to have emails that don’t exist.”
Of course, it didn’t take long at all for Chrissy’s followers, critics and detractors to comment on her post. Many of them wrote, “You slandered your own name honey. This tone is ugly even if you have reason to be upset. If your goal is to clear up your reputation by showing your trying to change this isn’t helping. Get it handled privately in court,” along with, “Chrissy, stop! Stop telling others what they should do, think or say. Here you go again. Worry about yourself.”
Another critic wrote, “Chrissy you are a bully and all this shows is someone desperate get out of the hole YOU put him in. He is literally begging you to be nice to him by kissing your ass hoping you will stop going after him….but you are a bully…always will be. Like you have any room for accountability. You’re vile!”
