Fans of 90 Day Fiancé were shocked the last time they saw Tiffany Franco because of how much weight she has lost. She has just started telling her fans that she did have weight loss surgery and she is incredibly happy with how she looks and how she feels.
Some of her fans think that this new trend of 90 Day Fiancé cast members getting weight loss surgery is insane, but if it is what they want to do, so be it.
90 Day Fiancé: Tiffany’s New Look
It does seems as if Tiffany was inspired by Angela Deem and her past weight loss surgery. Tiffany did post a video on Instagram that she was going into the hospital to have an operation.
She told her fans that she was ready for this new step in her life and she would update her fans on what was next for her. She has told her fans that she doesn’t want to be super thin, but she did want to lose parts of her stomach.

Tiffany did say that her surgery was very quick and she was feeling great! The doctors did take about 70% of her stomach off from the inside. She said that she was scared because she doesn’t like needles.
She admitted that she cried in front of the nurses when they were putting her IV in. This could be scary for many people actually, so her fans supported her in this fear!
Now that Tiffany has had her weight loss surgery, she now is on a liquid diet and she has to take a lot of vitamins to keep herself healthy. She was told to drink a lot of water as well.
Many of Tiffany’s fans thought that Tiffany was fine just the way that she was, but she was feeling very unsure of herself and her weight and had tried many diets to try to lose the weight.
She told her fans that her mental health was at risk because of the weight that she gained after having her daughter and that was the main reason for the surgery.
Her fans have been very supportive of her and applaud her for taking this upon herself.
