’90 Day Fiancé’ Spoilers reveal that Tiffany Franco’s hubby, Ronald Smith, just got his CR-1 Visa approved, meaning that he can work the second he gets in the states. However, since Tiffany is under the income level that the federal government has set up for sponors, then she’s going to need a co-sponsor on the Visa for Ronald.
What they both don’t know is, the new rule is that sponsors are on the hook financially for life (as Kalani Puulaa found out) instead of just for the original ten years. This might get to be a problem once they get down to the nitty gritty with paperwork, but for right now? Dad says yes.
’90 Day Fiancé’ Spoilers: Tiffany’s Dad says yes!
Tiffany was overjoyed! He even suggested that they buy a house in North Jersey, near where the family used to live when Tiffany’s Mom and Dad were together. Tiffany’s Dad was going all out, because he likes Ronald and he wants his daughter to be happy, he wants her to be able to have her family all together, which is a good thing. He seems like a very generous, giving kind of guy.
However, what Tiffany hasn’t told him as of yet, is the fact that Ronald has a slightly criminal past, and why exactly he isn’t here yet. She was leading up to that, and when she said “I want to be open and honest about everything” I think that was probably the best way she could have phrased that.
However, we’ll have to wait till next week for the other shoe to drop because Tiffany’s Dad doesn’t know the extent of what he’s stepping into. He doesn’t know that he’s litereally about to take on a son-in-law financially for life, and he doesn’t know that this son-in-law can be horrible when he’s suffering from addiction.
So while Tiffany didn’t lead with that, maybe she should have because it’s a lot to lead Dad into a situation knowing that he’s going to be stuck paying for this guy for the rest of his life and then find out that he’s dealing with a terrible person who treats his daughter like trash. I guess we’ll see where this trainwreck lands next week. Stay tuned!!!
