There’s a new report that suggests Prince William might be willing to forgive Prince Harry for all that he has said and done recently, but only if his wife Meghan Markle is completely out of the picture.
While it doesn’t look like the Duke and Duchess of Sussex will be divorcing anytime soon, one royal expert believes that the royal brothers can only work on their divorce if Meghan Markle is completely “out of the picture.” Here’s what you need to know.
Royal expert Kinsey Schofield suggests that the animosity between Prince William and Meghan Markle is so bad that the two might never be able to be in the same room together ever again. But because Harry is William’s brother, he is more likely to forgive him, but under one condition, of course.
Prince William Can Only Forgive Prince Harry Is Divorces Meghan Markle
Schofield put it this way, “I think the only way that things would go back to normal is if Prince Harry and Meghan Markle were to separate and Prince Harry returned to the UK solo. However, Harry would never leave his children in another country.”
She added: “I believe the Duchess of Cambridge is a very strong champion for the reunion. But I also imagine that she knows where her husband’s head and heart are and isn’t going to push for something that he’s not ready for.”
There’s a separate report that also suggests Prince Charles is desperate to make amends with his son, too, and especially before he speaks out about the royal family again.
Harry told Oprah in the new Apple Plus series The Me You Can’t See that his father once told him that he is suffering because that’s he suffered in his own childhood, too.
Sources close to Katie Nicholl say that Prince Charles just wants the airing of their dirty laundry to stop and that he indeed does want to make up with Harry.
One insider put it this way, “I think Charles has been quite devastated by some of the things Harry has said. He is such a gentle man and a dedicated father first and foremost. Knowing him, he’ll be feeling wretched and will take no joy or happiness in what’s going on within the family. But he will also want to seek a reconciliation. He is not vindictive at all, and he wants to make peace with Harry.”
