While the rest of the world have seemingly managed to stop talking about it, Prince William can’t stop thinking about it.
Of course, we are talking about Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s massive interview with Oprah Winfrey in which they managed to slam the royal family in each and every direction possible. And yes, the Duke of Cambridge is still enraged over it. Here’s what you need to know.
As many fans know already, Oprah interviewed both Prince Harry and Meghan Markle in a bombshell special that has been viewed by more than 50 million people from around the world.
Prince William Is Still Enraged Over Prince Harry And Meghan Markle’s Behavior
They both suggested that there’s a royal racist behind closed doors while Harry said his father Prince Charles cut him off both financially and emotionally. Meghan also said that she experienced suicide-like thoughts during her pregnancy in 2019.
And now a source close to the situation says that Prince William just can’t get over it and the fact that Meghan dragged his wife Kate Middleton’s name in the mud.
“With everything that William has on his plate, that interview was the last thing he needed,” one of Prince William’s friends told The Daily Mail. “William was incredibly upset over what was said about the Royal Family and racism. And he was enraged that Meghan should drag up that cruel old chestnut ‘Waity Katie.’”
If that weren’t enough, there’s also a lot of “profound sadness” over the fact that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle quit everything and moved to California. Unfortunately for William, Kate and their kids, they will never get to become close with Harry, Meghan and their family.
The tipster explained, “For as long as the Sussexes remain in exile in the US, their son Archie and his yet-to-be-born sister will know next to nothing of their cousins George, Charlotte and Louis…Whether this royal rift can ever properly be healed remains a matter of considerable conjecture. Amid such heartfelt dismay, Anmer, with its swimming pool and tennis court and open acres, has been a refuge for William and Kate. It was where they chose to be in the week after the death of Prince Philip. William would happily live there full-time, but then he always knew things would have to change when George started school at fee-paying Thomas’s in Battersea.”
