On ‘Married at First Sight’ spoilers find that Michael Watson and Meka Jones had quite a blow out on the tenth season of the show. As soon as their marriage began, they were flooded with trust issues and they just couldn’t get through them.
Meka accused him of cheating on her multiple times when the cameras were off and she said he lied about his job and the amount of money he was making.
Pretty much everything he told her was a lie, according to her. Now Michael has started to see the error of his ways and is apologizing to her on social media.

Michael and Meka’s relationship was so bad that they asked for different hotel rooms for their honeymoon and of course, fans were immediately concerned. Michael told cameras that if they didn’t have sex on their honeymoon, he would “end the marriage.”
They tried really hard to make it all work, but in the end, Meka couldn’t get past all of his lies. The biggest lie that really got her was when he told her that he was a yoga teacher. She tracked down this yoga studio and found out that he only cleaned the rooms there and part time.

The couple’s divorce was final on January 21, 2020 and since then, they have been pretty active on social media. Fans were surprised to see a post with a picture of him with Meka on Instagram.
He captioned it, “Meka, let me first start off by saying this is long overdue. I have allowed my pride and ego to stand in the way of doing the right thing. I lied, shut down, and failed to communicate with you. As a black man, it was my job to ensure you were protected, and instead I hurt and embarrassed you. I am sorry. You called me on my BS, and forced me to be accountable. You only wanted me to be honest with you, and at that time, I was not capable of doing so. You taught me so many lessons, and I thank you. Because of you (and others I have crossed on my journey), I am the man I am today. You are a beautiful woman that has so much to offer the world. I pray that you find your forever person! You deserve that and so much more.”
He then added, “To the fans: One thing I can promise, Meka hate/negative comments are no longer welcome here. We went on a journey together, and I have a great deal of respect for her. I wish her nothing but the best. We must protect and respect our Black Women.”Â
