‘90 Day Fiancé’ spoilers find that Big Ed is currently starring on Discovery+ spin-off, 90 Day: The Single Life. But if he hoped having cameras follow him again as he navigates the world of dating would paint him in a more positive light, he was sorely mistaken.
Firstly the 55 year-old has come under fire for his continual desire to date women half his age (and younger than his daughter, Tiffany), earning him the moniker Big Pred.
This week Big Ed continued to dig himself a hole (and let’s be uber snarky and say, he, of all people, doesn’t need too deep a hole to bury himself up to his neck), and came off as a jealous stalker during the latest episode.
‘90 Day Fiancé’ Spoilers: Big Ed Brown is a Jealous Stalker?
Big Ed was filmed grilling 28 year old single mom and restaurant manager, Liz with whom he had been on a date or two, about why she was having drinks with a different man.
Liz explained to Ed that the man in question is a co-worker and she will have drinks with him if they knock off work at the same time. Sounds legit to me.
Ed could have accepted Liz’s explanation, but no, he continued to press Liz about other times he’d seen her with this specific co-worker, who Liz called her good friend.
Big Ed mentioned he felt like he was interrupting one time when he came over to speak with Liz while she was with the co-worker and then mentioned he’d watched said co-walker walk Liz to her car at the end of the night several times.
Um…what? Anyone else picturing Big Ed with a pair of binoculars and a box of Dunkin Donuts, spying on this poor woman from the shadows?
I, myself, prefer to be walked through a darkened parking lot to my car at night by a friend rather than having to thread my keys through my fingers like a wolverine claw for protection, but hey, that just might be the woman in me.
It was clear that Liz was unimpressed with Big Ed’s questioning, and explained she was an independent woman.
Apparently Big Ed didn’t learn though as he disclosed later that he and Liz are no longer seeing each other. And yes, it was something he said. Apparently Liz’s ex had shown up at a girl’s night out. Big Ed was convinced this was planned and evidently began to grill his daughter…er, girlfriend(ish) yet again.
Liz came to her senses (i.e. was let out of her 2 episode TLC contract) and left Ed in her wake.
Looks like he will have to find a new favorite restaurant!
