Well, leave it the good people of Genoa City to close the week out in style, and in a way that CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers thinks could be problematic.
Not that problematic bothers us. We’d love more of it so this show stops circling back on itself constantly in an attempt to retell the same stories we’ve been watching every week for months at least.
CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers For February 19: Victoria moves in
In this case, Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) will finally figure out she wants her ex-husband back and will crash Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) and Lily Winters (Christel Khalil)’s Valentine’s celebration.
Though we’d advise against it, we won’t be surprised if she brings the kids in tow since they’ve become her best weapon in this endeavor.
Lily will try to placate the children while Billy has it out with Victoria. With voices lowered, of course.
Honestly, ‘Young and the Restless’ don’t think it’ll come to that with Billy, though it’ll be obvious he’ll be irritated and confused by Victoria’s arrival. Especially if she doesn’t have their kids.
We don’t think this will have the effect Victoria expects, and it could trigger her into planning to do things differently.
One thing for sure is we don’t see her giving up on Billy any time in the future.
CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers For February 19: Phyllis to the rescue
With things falling apart with Faith Newman (Alyvia Alyn Lind), Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) is going to be beside himself with stress and worry and not in a mood to celebrate Valentine’s Day.
He’ll want to, especially since he hates bringing any trouble or drama to Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford)’s door.
But after everything Nick has done for her, she won’t mind and will probably approach him about it.
After a brief and playful back and forth, Phyllis will figure out how to help him relax and enjoy the evening.
These two are great together, and it’s one couple ‘Young and the Restless’ hope stays around for a long time.
Of course, we’re selling Phyllis short on one thing: she’ll figure out it’s trouble with Faith and she’ll probably guess what the trouble is.
We expect her to get more involved in the coming days or weeks. Anything to inject some energy into the show.
