The new season of ‘Married at First Sight’ is here and the couples are just now starting to get to know one another. When Virginia and Erik first said their vows to one another, they were very excited. Virginia kissed him in a way that no one was expecting and he was thrilled. The wedding was exciting and they showed a lot of chemistry, it does seem that things are starting to change for them though.

Now that the marriage is complete, the couple has shown their personalities off to one another. Erik’s brother, Kyle, asks her, “The only question I have is what are your intentions?” We saw Virgina shaking and crying because she was so nervous about getting married. Many viewers of the show feel that she is too much of a party girl to be at a point where she is settling down, but others think that she is ready and this is her chance to prove herself.
Virginia opened up more about the show and her marriage. She talked to Jamie Otis on Married at First Sight: Unfiltered. She told her, “I’m definitely ready to be married, I’ve been ready to be in a very serious relationship for a while. I want to continue partying and doing what I want when I get married; I just want him to add to it. I want a husband who is like, ‘Yeah, you want to go out? Let’s go out!'” Even Clara Fergus mentioned that all of the women like to go out for drinks.
Clara told Jamie, “So, it’s not just Virginia. I mean, she may go harder, better, faster and stronger than the rest of us go- and she knows it- but she is so much fun to be around.” The women talked about how Virginia is a lot of fun and has a way of bringing out a different side in everyone.
They did talk about how they think she is ready for marriage, but she still loves to party a lot. Perhaps being married will help her to slow down her lifestyle, but we can’t be sure.
Erik could be a good change of pace for her because he has been married before. Perhaps this will all work out for them in the end.
We will have to watch Married at First Sight on Lifetime to see what happens next.
