‘The Bold and the Beautiful’ (BB) spoilers find that it looks like congratulations are in order for B&B’s Jacqueline MacInnes Wood. The Canadian actress gave birth on February 21 to her second son with husband, Elan Ruspoli. The couple’s first son, Rise will celebrate his second birthday on March 4 .
Wood made the announcement on Tuesday in an adorable Instagram post showing the cute as a button newborn clutching onto Mom’s (nicely manicured) hand.
Wood captioned the post with a simple Lenix ~ 02/21/21✨
Of course, the popular actress was flooded with love and congratulations from her fans who have been on baby watch for many weeks now. Suspicions were in high gear as there had been no new posts on her usually very active Instagram page for two days, before the first photo of Lenix was revealed.

Wood’s co-stars from The Bold and Beautiful have also gushed on the birth announcement post, like Tanner Novlan who plays Wood’s character, Steffy Forrester’s on screen beau, Dr John ‘Finn’ Finnegan. Stars from producer Bradley Bell’s other hit soap, The Young and The Restless like Melissa Ordway (Abby Newman) and Courtney Hope (Sally Spectra) have also sent their love.
While Wood is still being seen on our screens, the birth of little Lenix means that her maternity leave has well and truly begun. Rumors have been circulating as to how Bell will write Steffy out of the show while Wood spends precious time with her family.
Currently Steffy’s storyline is the hottest one of the soap, with it just being revealed that the one night stand with ex, Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) produced the baby she is currently pregnant with, much to the disappointment of Steffy who believed it was her boyfriend, Finn’s baby.
Of course, it looks like Finn is the father, but that’s all to be discovered later!
