Sylvester Stallone looks like he’s saying goodbye to Los Angeles. He and his wife Jennifer Flavin are leaving for Palm Beach, Florida, and have listed their enormous LA mansion in Beverly Hills Park for $130 million.
The action-star first purchased the 3.5-acre plot in the 90s’ and built a custom mansion around 21,000 square feet! The home has eight bedrooms, 12 bathrooms and an enormous library, and an office. He has, of course, completely decorated it with “Rocky” memorabilia, though that isn’t likely to remain in the house.

The mansion has a view of the canyons and the city. The neighbors around include the likes of Denzel Washington, Justin Bieber, Eddie Murphy, Rod Stewart, and Mark Wahlberg.
Stallone and Flavin purchased a $35 million waterfront estate in Palm Beach last year.
They make a long list of celebs who are leaving California amidst the odd rules and regulations that have been turning people away. Stars like Josh Brolin and Joe Rogan have notably ditched California for Texas and Georgia.
The great purge continues in the state and several stars are making their way out of California. Will the government in California realize they are driving people away and correct their behavior, or will these stories continue to be normal in the news every day?
Of course, the joke here is that Florida is where the old folks go when they retire, and Stallone definitely fits the bill at 74 years old. Is this a sign that the actor may be retiring from acting or will he continue to maintain his amazing physique and shooting bad guys in the near future?
