‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers: Abby Newman Gets Cold Feet On Her Wedding Day
‘Young and the Restless’ Co-Executive Producer and Head Writer Josh Griffith puts it this way, “Mariah, the maid of honor, sees that Abby is having a meltdown so she makes a distress call to Ashley for help Ashley does her best to calm Abby’s fears, but realizes that the only person who can do that is the from himself.”
That’s exactly what the groom does as Chance sits down with Abby and tells her that they have a lifetime of happiness in front of them.
Griffith continues, “Abby and Chance’s wedding is an opportunity for the Newmans, Abbotts, and Chancellors the put their differences aside and celebrate the happy couple. Their wedding day is also a backdrop for everyone to recall their shared history. The day leaves everyone feeling nostalgic as they remember some of their own past relationships. Romance has always been one of Y&R’s cornerstones, which will be honored and celebrated throughout the entire week.”
