‘Young And The Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers show that a few weeks ago, Courtney Hope (Sally Spectra) had an eye-opening moment when someone told her the simple phrase, “Don’t do yoga. Be yoga.” This changed so much for her that she had to make a post about it on Instagram in hope of helping just one person.

“Don’t do yoga. Be yoga.” – this comment made to me a few weeks ago changed SO much for me. I didn’t realize that all the things I’d been doing and craving over the last year(s) were actually interconnected.
– reorganizing
– removing unnecessary things and people from my life
– stretching more
– raising my vibration
– breath work
– improving my gut health
– finding the most natural self care routines
– searching for truth and living from it
– strengthening my ability to act as opposed to react
– strengthening my inner circle
– strengthening my voice
– release worry by enjoying and appreciating the now
– taking the time to grow in my craft, my relationships and my own body, mind and skin
…. amongst other things!I realized it was all connected to a much higher path, a more peaceful way of living- but it all seemed like it’s own pillar of responsibility until I heard “be yoga”… that simplified the way I approached it all, and made me feel more gratification knowing they all support each other.
Now, I’ve never considered myself a yogi, but I am starting to understand what that lifestyle encompasses. Creating space and awareness to allow one to choose how we flow through life- instead of feeling like a byproduct of chaos.
