‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers reveal that star Brytni Sarpy (Elena Dawson) recently dished on her new love triangle with the two men in her character’s life: Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) and Devon Hamilton (Bryton James). Here’s what she has to say.
In a new interview with Michael Fairmont TV, Brytni says that her character will definitely feel conflicted about her feelings for Devon and of course, Nate, who still can’t stop thinking about the night of heated passion that they shared together.

Brytni told the site, “Yeah, I mean, it’s not over. Now that the cat has been let out of the bag, they still have residual feelings. I think Nate is starting to make it very clear why he went the direction he went. I think he has more of an understanding of where his feelings lie and that they are with Elena. I think with Amanda, maybe a part of her ego just got bruised, and maybe she wants to unearth the truth of all of this because she was kind of caught in the middle of it.”
And while things might not work out between Elena and Devon, luckily things are going very strong between Brytni and her real-life love, Bryton James
Recalling the first day that she met him on the set of the hit CBS soap, Brytni puts it this way, “We certainly liked each other since day one just as people. He was a great scene partner to do a screen-test with, very giving, just really professional, but just a down-to-earth nice guy. Then, just moving forward from that and working with him as my scene partner on Y&R, I think it was during our first group scene, it was the opening of Society, and we did a tribute to Neil Winters (Kristoff St. John), and that was the first time I had spent long hours on a Y&R set.”
She also said that she and Bryton found out that they had more than just their love for all things Genoa City in common. Brytni added, “I think we found that we had a lot more in common than we would have realized… very similar pop-cultural references, and upbringings, and all of that. From there, we’ve just gotten along really well, and it progressed.”
