‘Young And The Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers show that it looks like Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) thinks he knows who tried to shoot him, and the answer might surprise you. He thinks that it’s the person who’s been after him the last few months with Chancellor Communications and someone who’s tried to kill him before. Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson).

We see his accusation when talking to Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) after she shockingly forgave him and they turned their sights to figure out who tried to shoot him. He claims it was Billy. Of course, a lot of us have our suspicions, but I don’t think it was Billy.

‘Young And The Restless’ Spoilers: Adam Accuses Billy Abbott Of Being The One Who Shot At Him!

I know Billy has his connections in the police department, but it’s highly unlikely he’d be at that abandoned building or even know Adam was there. Let alone shooting Chance Chancellor (Donny Boaz) on accident and almost disregarding it at the hospital.

When Billy tried going to see Chance, he didn’t seem like he was responsible for shooting him, and if he had, he was playing it off very well. But I think Adam is barking up the wrong tree. In a clip for next week we see an exhausted Billy telling Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan) and Lily Winters (Christel Khalil), “I think I might need a lawyer”.

What do you think? Do you think there’s a chance Billy did it? Let us know in the comments below.
