First, he made a big fuss with the doctors about getting information. Eventually, they learned he’s in serious condition in the ICU, but he did get stabilized. This is where the other issue came up. And it was all about regulations.
See, the hospital had no choice but to call in the gunshot victim. So, a cop came to check things out and Diego recognized him. He’s gone to school with the guy and thinks he’s nothing but a sleaze. Victoria calmed the situation down and allowed this dirty cop to check on the victim, but it turned into a mixed bag situation.

Sure, they made themselves look good in the eyes of everyone there. And there’s little chance of the cop doing anything directly to Salas. At least, not right now. However, there’s the downside.
Because of that visit, Don Mateo found out the man he shot and had buried is alive. He wants to know how. As he put it, dead men don’t just crawl out of the grave and bring themselves to a hospital. So now he’s on a rampage, wondering who the traitor is.

This, of course, is making the rounds of the hacienda and Lupe is scared. She is convinced Don Mateo will find out what Alberto did and kill them. We’ll see more of that tonight. We honestly feel bad for her. She seems trapped in a terrible situation and she’s not sure how to escape.

Also, Amanda continued to open her eyes with the latest. She admitted to her mother’s picture she was right. However, Amanda also says Isabel Fernández de Corona (Camila Sodi) wasn’t right in the way she thinks. So, we’re guessing that she is starting to realize her abuelo is bad news.
However, we think she believes Diego is as well. Honestly, we can picture this girl running away. After she stops to pick up her brother, of course. As that would be the worst possible thing to do, we see it as her likely choice.
Meanwhile, Jaime has realized something himself. After a confrontation with Diego, he sees his brother’s world is not even remotely for him. He’s not made for all this crazy stuff he’s had to deal with, nor does he want to be involved in murder and other similar crimes.
Should be interesting to see if he’ll team up with the good guys. Especially if Circe Gaona Flores (Samadhi Zendejas) succeeds in tricking him with that supposed treasure his brother left behind.

So, what’s up tonight? While the other novelas aren’t on because of an awards show on Univision, Telemundo is still bringing the action. Falsa identidad spoilers reveal we’ll see Mateo lose control over the Salas situation.
However, Ramona Flores (Azela Robinson) will convince him to think a minute before he acts. Meanwhile, expect Lupe to stress big-time tonight, and Victoria offers to get Alberto as far away as possible. We seriously can’t wait to see Don Mateo squirming and breaking that sweet grandpa façade more.
