Forget those polls, as they always seem to be getting their numbers mixed up, especially when it comes to the race for the White House. That’s because there’s a better, sweeter poll taking place at a Pennsylvania Bakery that is already predicting the results of the 2020 Presidential election and from what we already know, it’s not even close.
According to Fox News, a Pennsylvania bakery’s election-themed “cookie poll” is now showing a clear frontrunner as fans and political pundits alike are taking a bite in the sweet life. Lochel’s Bakery, a family-owned bakery located in the town of Hatboro, says that Trump-themed cookies are outselling Biden-themed cookies by a margin of 6 to 1.
Pennsylvania Bakery Is Taking A Trump And Biden ‘Cookie Poll’ To Predict Election Results
“We had one guy drive twice from Staten Island for them,” said bakery owner Kathleen Lochel told the site. Kathleen also says that her cookie poll has accurately predicted the outcome of the last three elections.
“We plan on tallying them up tomorrow night, to do our final tally,” she told Fox News on Monday morning of the bakery’s “cookie poll,” which kicked off around two months back. “But right now, Donald Trump is still in the lead… we’ve sold about 28,000 [Trump] cookies to 5,000 [of Biden’s]. By the end of today’s sales, knowing the orders we have, [Trump cookie sales] should probably approach 29,000.”
However, it doesn’t seem like everyone believes that a landslide victory is projected for Donald Trump. Meghan McCain, who is best known for being a host on the popular daytime talk show The View, believes that Donald Trump and his family will be in meltdown mode and worse, create “absolutely bedlam, anger and hysteria” if they are defeated by the Democratic nominee and former Vice President Joe Biden. Meghan is an outspoken critic of Trump, who famously once mocked her late father.
“When my Dad lost in ‘08, he huddled my brothers and sisters in a corner and said buck up, we’re the luckiest people in the entire world and we’re not going to feel sorry for ourselves, we made history. He then thanked the secret service and told them to go home to their family,” McCain wrote in a tweet.
“I predict the extreme polar opposite, insane level of meltdown, blame shifting and absolute bedlam anger and hysteria from the Trump family if they lose,” McCain added.
