If you’ve followed Joe Rogan at all, you probably know he and his friends do a thing called sober October, which simply started out as a no drinking or smoking month but turned into a fitness challenge where they would see who would be the most active.
Rogan, Tom Segura, Bert Kreisher, and Ari Shaffir took the competition pretty seriously and
Kreisher, who is generally a large man even ran a marathon in 5 1/2 hours. It’s been something they take part in and even have followers who join along as well. Although, it looks like this year could be different. While Rogan is still on the fence, it looks like Segura and Kreischer are already out in a post on Instagram.
“I’m still on the fence as to whether or not I’m doing sober October, but @seguratom and @bertkreischer don’t seem interested. With Trump testing positive for COVID-19, and the aliens landing any day now, I have to say there’s probably going to be some nights coming up soon when I’m gonna wanna spark up a joint and take a sip of whiskey, but I’m on the fence.”

Joe Rogan Still On The Fence About Sober October – Friends Bail
Have you and your friends ever tried something like this or have you actually followed along with these guys? It’s a great idea for anyone and does compete against your friends really ensures you make it to your workout and run.
While Rogan is typically always in shape anyways, he finds it pushes him harder when he knows his buddies are doing everything in their power to beat him.
