CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers finds that’s nothing like a new week and a new stack of twists and turns to keep the show busy.
This is one of the fun things about these shows, since they have a storied history, it’s much easier to throw new ideas at us and keep us entertained.
Of course, one such twist will involve Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) as he’ll have a chance of heart about Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) and Summer Newman (Hunter King)’s relationship.
This may seem out of place, but is it after Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) helped remove his rose colored sunglasses?
Speaking of Phyllis, she’s going to continue being the helpful person as she’ll work with Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan) to connect the dots from her past to the present.
At least, that’s our belief at ‘Young and the Restless’. I just feels right given her recent character arc, but there could be another possibility.
CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers For September 28: Pragmatic approach
Jack was in a happy place after discovering his mother’s message and believing she wanted him to find love and relax his grip on the business world.
It was an interesting change and Jack was happy and moved as if he felt lighter than air.
And then he crossed paths with Phyllis, and she gave him some pragmatic and cynical advice that changed his viewpoint.
And now that he’s free of any rose tinter outlook, he’s going to look at Kyle and Summer’s relationship, and engagement, in the same pragmatic way everyone but Phyllis, ironically, is.
This could and probably will cause some issues for the young couple, especially since they have to work together at Jabot and Jack probably won’t be as hands off as he was planning to be.
CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers For September 28: Working it out
While her influence will be living on elsewhere, Phyllis will help Amanda to figure out some of her current problems and/or mysteries.
The obvious choice is that it’ll involve Amanda’s search for her family and gathering information about them. It’s safe, but ‘Young and the Restless’ are feeling frisky.
Said friskiness has us thinking Amanda may be dealing with the news and potential problems of Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson)’s latest endeavor.
She may have concerns about it, so who better to have help her figure out any catches than the woman who spied on and knows Adam Newman (Mark Grossman)’s Vegas secret?
