CBS ‘The Young And The Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers show that Elena Dawson (Brytni Sarpy) may be a little unstable. Elena’s a nice enough person, but boy is she rowdy. Since Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan) found out about her relation to Hilary Curtis, she’s been wanting to know more about her and who better to ask than Devon Hamilton (Bryton James)? This doesn’t sit too well with Elena however.
While Amanda was trying to talk to Devon, Elena burst in and started freaking out and was very rude and pushy essentially telling Amanda to kick rocks and leave. Is Elena 17? Why is she so clingy to Devon. It doesn’t even feel like she’s truly concerned for him, but for herself. She’s just too insecure, to be honest with herself.

The way she acts when Devon is attempting to talk to Amanda is just plain childish and pathetic. How doesn’t she understand that Devon finding out she’s Hilary’s sister isn’t going to automatically make him want to be with her, that’s ridiculous, plain and simple.
Instead, Elena is like an attack dog and jumps all over the conversation until Devon can only be hers again. It reminds me of how some small children act with their mom or dad. When someone else has mom’s attention, the child will pull and tug away to try to win that attention back. There you go Elena, you’re the child in this example.
