CBS ‘The Bold and the Beautiful’ (B&B) spoilers finds that star Jacqueline MacInnes Wood (Steffy Forrester) says that while she’s happy about the direction her character is going in, she’s not completely happy about the circumstances surrounding it. That, of course, is totally out of her control, though! Here’s what she has to say.
In a new interview with Soap Opera Digest, the beautiful brunette does talk about the ‘new normal’ on the set of the hit CBS soap. She says that she’s had to adjust to life without her scene partner, Scott Clifton (Liam Spencer). Jacqueline explains, “I love Scott and I love working with him, but for Steffy to finally get a love interest that she’s not sharing with someone else? That’s really exciting.”

With that said, Jacqueline made it no secret that she’s excited about what’s ahead for her character, but because of the ongoing pandemic that has been the coronavirus, she can’t get as up close and personal with her co-stars as she normally would (in front of the cameras, that is!).
She added, “Obviously, I don’t ignore the fans. We’ve got a great ‘Steam’ of fans and great ‘Still’ fans, too. I know what they want and obviously Brad Bell is listening. It’s time for Steffy to dive into something that is new and fresh. Like I said, it’s wonderful to work with Scott but it’s time.
It’s time to go on this journey with Tanner Novlan, who is absolutely wonderful. But while it’s exciting, it’s also bittersweet because now that Steffy does have a new love interest, we’ve got to be eight feet away from each other. I’m like, ‘Come on! It’s almost like, “Steffy gets a new love interest, but it’s actually a doll.’”
