Peanut (12) and Prateek (10) take out the first leg around @edwardquinn (or Dad buoy). You can see Peanut getting a slight edge by rolling under a wave. Peanut gets Pohaku a great lead by catching a wave from way out back for the 2nd leg, only to be met by a massive set and allowing AJ to catch up to Haku.
The race is now back to dead even. That’s the excitement of Surf racing. Jays twins end up fighting on the last leg, bro vs bro and even with the leads from Peanuts team on both legs, the other team ended up winning.”
