After sneaking back into Las Dunas, she arranged for another meeting with him. She used that encounter to make it clear she’s still keeping an eye on him, and he’s essentially at her mercy in there. Up until now, Cordero has been a relatively obedient and cooperative paid lacky. This stunt of her to prove the Colombians have nothing to worry about shook him badly. We think she’ll eventually wear his patience thin and he’ll be willing to screw himself over by confessing just to get her off his back. Her attitude toward him also left him looking a bit frustrated as well. She’s basically been responding to any doubts with attitude and pushy behavior. Sure, sometimes you’ve got to take charge, but with him? This might be more of a mistake than smart leadership.
