NBC ‘Days of Our Lives’ (DOOL) spoilers reveal Sami Brady (Alison Sweeney) came to town with a lot of drama. But from what everyone else says about her, it seems like her MO. We did see her return before since watching, and the thing that sticks out in our mind is her getting into it with Not-Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker).
She’d been right to be suspicious, obviously, as it was really Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) in a Nicole mask. This time, though? We think this character either needs to calm down a bit or stay gone. Here’s what you need to know.
NBC ‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers: Strike one
The first, of course, was when she showed up right after Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) and Nicole said, “I do.” Yes, we get she was hurt to not be invited. But let’s get real. She didn’t like Nicole when we first saw her, and Sami didn’t like it when she and Eric got engaged. Not exactly something that screams ideal wedding guest. But her history of dramatics likely sealed that deal. And she proved them right.
Besides expressing condolences at hearing it made official, she threw a big fit. One that later devolved into a food fight that basically killed any reception before it could get started. Not to mention the destroyed cake and damper on their day. Even Eric, who’s usually calm and collected, had a few harsh words about her actions. But she couldn’t stop there.
NBC ‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers: Strike two
Again, her discomfort at an ex adopting her grandchild is understandable. Well, sort of. Let’s face it: this is likely not the weirdest situation Sami’s been in. Or most others in that town, for that matter. Allie Horton (Lindsay Arnold) explained her reasons and begged her to butt out. And others supported that thinking. But Sami couldn’t accept her daughter’s mature decision.
In a move that was full of nerve, she actually stormed Rafe Hernandez’s (Galen Gering) office and all but accused him of stealing Allie’s baby. She, knowing Allie’s position and how Rafe’s business is not hers, presumed to order him around. He should’ve just accepted Allie’s offer right there in front of her, to be honest. Because the worst was yet to come.
NBC ‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers: You’re out
On Friday, we saw the absolute worst move yet. In the wake of the church bombing, she once again tried to pressure Allie into keeping the baby. When that went nowhere, she actually approached Rafe and put a massive guilt trip on him.
If she ever meant something to him, he’ll say no. She even threw in some “I almost lost my daughter” for a sympathy plea in that same conversation. She got her way. But, will this come back to bite her?
NBC ‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers: Looking ahead
According to teasers for next week, it looks like Nicole will learn about Sami’s tactics and will expose them to Allie. We can just imagine how well that will go over with Allie, who’s already wanted to shut her mom out for good. This might just be that final push.
And at this point, we don’t see her forgiving such a blatantly shameless move so quickly after another plea for respect for Allie’s decision. And Sami will only have herself to blame.
