Coronation Street spoilers have teased that Laura Neelan could push Gary Windass too far over the coming weeks, and he may be set to kill again. Laura and Gary have clashed ever since Rick Neelan’s ex-wife arrived in Weatherfield, and she may be about to make a very unwise step in future episodes as she tries to blackmail Gary.
Spoilers for next week have revealed that Laura will be fed up of being bossed around by Gary and will take control of the situation for herself. She will demand that she pays him more money or she will go to the police and reveal that Gary is in constant communication with Rick, who is a wanted man by the police.

Gary has been using his link with Rick to ensure that Laura remains silent, and has constantly been the middle man between Rick and Laura. However, as Rick was killed by Gary in the soap last year, it is really Gary that is sending the money to Laura, which is why she is already on the wrong side of the Weatherfield villain.
Viewers will remember that Laura angered Gary earlier in the year when he found out that she was no longer paying the school bill for Kelly Neelan at the private school. Instead, Laura was keeping the money for herself and then sent Kelly to Weatherfield to go to school there. Gary was stunned to see Kelly back on the street, and he has been raising suspicions since she arrived as he has been trying to look out for her. However, it hasn’t taken Adam Barlow and Imran Habeeb long to notice that something strange is going on.

The situation could become challenging for Gary over the coming weeks, as he will be aware that if he bows down to this demand, then Laura will continue to ask for more. But, will the former loan shark be able to find a way out of this potentially disastrous corner?
One of the rumours that has been reported is that Gary will take matters into his own hands and will kill Laura to ensure that she stays silent. It would be a shocking twist in the story, but Gary will be confident that he can play off the fact that she has already run away from Kelly once before. But, with Adam getting closer to Laura, could this be Gary’s undoing?
