British Royal Family News suggests that the only way Prince William and Prince Harry will ever be able to repair the relationship between them is if they are both on the same continent during the same time. Actually, make that the same city, and in the same room at the same time.
And that’s only going to happen if the Duke of Sussex goes back to London, otherwise he and his older brother might never see eye-to-eye again. Or at least, that’s what one royal expert believes. Here’s what you need to know.
Former Royal Press Secretary Dickie Arbiter told Us Weekly in an interview that in order for William and Harry to patch things up, they have to have a heart-to-heart conversation. The only way that will happen is if Prince Harry returns to London from Los Angeles, as he has more freedom to travel that the future King of England at the moment.

“I hope they settle their rift because there shouldn’t be bad blood among brothers, particularly those two brothers who went through such trauma together [with the] death of their mother, Princess Diana,” Arbiter said. “They’ve been through a lot, and they’ve carried each other, and they’ve supported each other. And to have a rift is not healthy in any family. So I hope they are getting back together again.”
Prince Harry has been with his wife Meghan Markle back in her hometown of Los Angeles since the beginning of the coronavirus outbreak and unfortunately, it doesn’t appear as though they have any plans to return to London anytime soon. And for Arbiter, that is worrisome.
“Harry being in Los Angeles and William and [Middleton] being in the United Kingdom, [there’s] a great big ocean, a lot of land between, and it’s not going to be broached until such time they actually get together [and Harry comes] back to the U.K.,” said Arbiter. “That’s the million-dollar question. … So if they’re talking on the phone, well, that’s a step in the right direction, but it would be nice if they could actually meet up.”
