The ITV news presenter was open and frank about his experiences while speaking on the podcast, as he revealed that he suffered with insomnia a few years ago. He revealed that his problems were that severe that on one occasion he had to lie down on the floor in his office just minutes before going live on television to read the news.
Bradby is a renowned friend of both Prince William and Harry, and he revealed in the podcast that he was touched by the work that they do revolving around mental health. He revealed that he was so inspired that it persuaded him to open up to ITV about his struggles. Bradby took three months off to recover, and revealed that if it wasn’t for Harry and William, he would have continued to work through the issue.

Mental health is an issue that is important to both William and Harry, and they worked together to set up Heads Together four years ago. That charity includes eight mental health charities working together, and it has ensured that it is more accessible as ever to reach out and get help should somebody need it.
Both brothers have also spoken out about their issues in the past, with Harry being particularly open about his grief following the death of his mother. William also opened up about his grief recently in a BBC documentary. The princes are both leading the way to show people that mental health issues are no longer the taboo that they once was.
